Shipping Policy
Our team will work to ship your orders as soon as possible and send you a tracking number and tracking link as soon as the item has left the studio. ❤️
If you need to change the address, please send a message on the contact page within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. Once the item has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address.
We cannot be responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer so please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
Return &
Exchange Policy
All artwork is mindfully photographed to show accurate colours,but please be aware that colour calibrations vary between devices so it's best to view on different devices before purchasing.
Due to their fragile nature, any purchase of Original Artworks and Fine Art Prints is final as they cannot be returned, so please be sure of your purchase. However, refunds will be available if the product has been damaged in transit.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. As per New Zealand's consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio.
Intellectual Property
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of the artist including after the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The customer has no right to create an NFT from the artwork, print, distribute, or reproduce works in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise. Collectors may not reproduce the artwork in any way.
